Purchasing Furniture

Close coordination with and prior approval of Facilities Planning and Design Services is required when ordering new furniture, surplusing old furniture, moving furniture and ordering any office renovations. The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) maintains several statewide contracts with many furniture vendors. KSU is required to utilize these contracts when ordering new furniture. P-Card may be used to purchase furniture for furniture items under $3,000.
